Planning
We are here to make the planning process as simple and stress free as possible. We will arrange all the necessary surveys, produce all the required drawings, complete the application forms and act as the Clients agent liaising with the Planning Officer to resolve any concerns / objections should they arise throughout the process. We also deal with listed building consent, lawful development and retrospective planning applications. That said not every project requires planning permission and in some cases works can be carried out under Permitted Development Rights.

Building Regulations
Building regulations are a legal requirement that are in place to ensure that your new building, extension or alterations are safe, well constructed and energy efficient. The building regulations cover structural integrity, fire protection, accessibility, energy performance, acoustic performance, protection against falls, electrical and gas safety, drainage and ventilation. Working alongside Private Inspectors and the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) we will produce a full set of detailed working drawings for submission. We are passionate about sustainability and are often delivering energy efficient buildings exceeding the requirements of building regulations.

3D Visualisation
Using award winning BIM (Building Information Model) software we are able to produce quick 3D visuals to show our Clients how their projects will look. We can also produce high level rendered images for site signboards and estate agent sale brochures etc.

Consultancy
With our years of experience and knowledge we are able to offer a consultancy package to fellow Architectural firms, whether they are large or small. This service can range from simple CAD draughting services, complete building regulations packages or even entire projects from start to finish.
